6 Days Maasai Mara – Lake – Nakuru – Amboseli

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

Your exciting 6-day Maasai Mara Kenya safari begins with a briefing by our office representative. Then, embark on your journey, making the first stop at the Great Rift Valley for breathtaking views and photography. Proceed to Narok for lunch and a short refreshment break before continuing to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in the afternoon.

Upon arrival, check into your booked accommodation, freshen up, and head out for an evening game drive. After this adventure, return to the lodge/camp for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full Day

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. You’ll explore different areas, including the famous Mara Triangle and the Mara River, which borders Tanzania and the Serengeti National Park.

The driver will make a few stops along the Mara River to allow you to stretch your legs during the game drive. With your packed lunch, take a 1-hour picnic break and soak in the stunning wildlife views before heading back to the lodge.

In the evening, you have an optional opportunity to visit a Maasai village to experience their unique culture, traditional singing, and dancing. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a lovely experience (Optional).

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Start with an early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. You will pass by Lake Naivasha, where you may opt for a boat ride at an extra cost.

Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru, check in, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli

After breakfast, set off for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park. Lake Nakuru is famous for its large population of flamingos and other water birds.

Leave Lake Nakuru and proceed to Amboseli National Park, with a stop for lunch en route. Upon arrival in Amboseli, check in, have dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 5: Amboseli Full Day

The day begins with an early start to give you a chance to see the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds roll in. Enjoy a full day of game drives, where you can spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, spotted hyenas, giraffes, cheetahs, and over 300 species of birds.

Later in the evening, return to the lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi

On the final day of your safari, enjoy an early morning game drive, capturing scenic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the stunning wildlife one last time.

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your flight home.
