Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

Your Samburu safari begins in Nairobi with an early morning pick-up. Travel across the equator into the semi-arid region of Samburu Game Reserve. Marvel at the dramatic landscapes featuring dried riverbeds, red volcanic soil, rock outcrops, and the Ewaso Nyiro River. Arrive at camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive before returning to camp at sunset.

Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve

Enjoy a full-day game drive exploring Samburu’s unspoiled wilderness. Look out for the Big Five and the unique Samburu Five, including gerenuks and Grevy’s zebras. Expect sightings of dik-diks, cheetahs, Cape buffalos, and over 350 bird species. An optional cultural visit to the Samburu people can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 3: Samburu – Nairobi
