Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Park
After breakfast, pick up from your hotel at 8:00 am and drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with lunch en route, arriving in time for an evening game drive. Masai Mara is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary, home to over 450 species of animals. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal) and resident wildlife year-round. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day
After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. Enjoy the scenic savannah grasslands on rolling hills. The park has an extensive road network, allowing close-range wildlife photography. Have a picnic lunch at the hippo pool while observing hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.
Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru National Park with lunch en route. Enjoy scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha along the way. Dinner and overnight at hotel/lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
Morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos and rhino population. Later, depart for Nairobi with lunch en route, arriving in the evening. Hotel accommodation can be arranged based on your budget.
Day 5: Nairobi – Arusha
Depart Nairobi via shuttle to Arusha, arriving at the Namanga border for immigration procedures. Continue to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon. Check in to the hotel booked on bed and breakfast. Rest and relax for the day. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Arusha – Lake Manyara
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara with lunch en route. Afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.
Day 7: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro
After breakfast, descend 2000ft (670m) into the crater floor with picnic lunches. Spend the day in Ngorongoro Crater, home to lions, rhinos, elephants, and other wildlife. Lunch at Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.
Day 8: Ngorongoro – Serengeti
After breakfast, depart for Olduvai Gorge. Visit the Gorge Museum and prehistoric sites where early human remains were discovered. Proceed to Serengeti plains for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.
Day 9: Serengeti – Arusha
Morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, famous for the great wildebeest migration. Later, depart for Arusha with lunch en route, arriving in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel (bed and breakfast).
Day 10: Arusha – Nairobi / Zanzibar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Zanzibar for a beach holiday or take a shuttle back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport for your flight home or drop-off at your hotel.
